I love love what I do! I have owned countless businesses. A couple of successful exits, some that were total flops and many that have been building blocks to the next seasons. This can be in-person at the 1926 Farmhouse or held on online. The sessions address specific questions and deep dive into your company’s pain points, giving you a clear action step and direction to create change in your business. If you are contemplating a new venture, this is a great option. Save time, money, and other resources with Kristy giving you direction. Hourly consulting is $349.

Monthly Consulting
If you know you are ready to go. This is a monthly commitment for an hour of business coaching and training. It aligns you with resources, giving you a detailed list and holding you accountable to create the change needed in your business. Monthly commitments are $299 and can be structured as one-hour-long sessions or two 30-minute sections bi-weekly to keep you moving. Again in person or online. Cancel at anytime.

Full Day Consulting
Spend a full day assessing challenges, identifying areas for improvement, and putting systems in place via an in-person consulting session with Kristy. She will travel to your business, or you come to spend a day with her at her office. If you have been in business for a while and are looking to dial in specific areas to be more efficient, this is the perfect next step. This is recommended for established companies looking to clean up finances, map out visions or dial in systems to be more efficient.

I love business. How the interworkings all work together and how a simple idea with enough heart can turn into your life. It's like a game…and if you play it right, you can scale up and gain freedom via your profits. But you have to understand the moving parts and be informed in order to make the right decisions. You CAN do what you love and are called to do through providing a service or product for others, while at the same time having a comfortable lifestyle. I have sold multiple entities in various categories and still actively run four companies. I have also sold companies for face value, launched ideas that didn't work, and lost thousands. All part of the journey and plan. But I can speak about scaling companies to seven figures in one year, and I also can speak about seeing and deciding when it is time to let go.
